How long will it take for my funds to be invested?

If you made a lump sum deposit, your money will be invested within 2 working days of the money reflecting in the Unit Trust bank account (a completed lump sum instruction form must have been provided). You will receive an email notification once your money has been invested. Please send proof of payment for a UT deposit to pop@10x.co.za. If you are making a monthly deposit, your money will take about 2 working days to reflect in the Unit Trust bank account. The funds will be invested within 1 day of funds being received. If you are transferring to 10X from another provider, you can expect the transfer to be completed within 10 working days. You can check the status of your application on My10X at any time.
