Can I leave my TFSA funds to a beneficiary when I die?

The 10X Investments TFSA is an investment portfolio that is managed as a Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) and divided into equal parts or ‘units’. 10X TFSA investors buy units of the portfolio, with each unit representing a proportionate share of the underlying assets. In accordance with regulations governing this type of investment, on a member’s passing the investments must form part of their estate and cannot be paid directly to a beneficiary.

The proceeds of your investment go to your estate when you die, and may be subject to Estate Duty.

10X Index Fund Managers (RF) Pty Ltd is a Manager registered under the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act.
